Our shop has been in the community since the 1940s. It began under the name Metzker, was taken over in the ’80s by Braun and finally in the ’90s by Jensen. Each owner has had their own approach to the business, but we still offer the same great service and strive to meet our customers’ needs every day. You can count on us to provide you with a system and solution that fits your family’s needs. We offer free estimates on residential and commercial, remodels and new constructions within Jefferson County for Plumbing and HVAC. Our combined experience and continued focus on new member growth show in everything we do!

Meet Our Team
General Manager Doug has been in the trades for many years in varying roles including project management and joined the Jensen Team in 2020. Doug enjoys spending time with his family and a full-bodied red wine while relaxing. He does his best to support all of our staff and throws in some dad jokes to make people chuckle.
Plumbing Project Manager Brock has been in the plumbing industry for 18+ years & for all of those he has been part of the Jensen family. Brock is a big supporter of his family in the world of sports and even took on coaching for his son’s football team, he also enjoys hunting and fishing in his free time.
Plumbing Installer Robbi has been in the industry for over 10 years, and he joined the Jensen team in 2011. Robbi spends time as an outdoorsman fishing and hunting, he also invests his time into making wine outside of work.
Plumbing Installer Jake has been plumbing since he started with us in 2020 and has recently started school to further his career as a plumber. Outside of work Jake enjoys hunting, snowmobiling, and hanging out with his friends.
Plumbing Installer Bob has been in the industry for almost 20 years and joined the Jensen team in 2021. Bob enjoys his family, food, and long walks on the beach, sorry ladies he’s taken.
Plumbing Installer Dan has been in the industry for 6 months and joined the Jensen team in 2021. Dan is a big family man and he enjoys spending all his extra time with them.
Plumbing Installer Austin joined the Jensen team in 2023 and is working his way through his apprenticeship to achieve his goals. Austin is an avid outdoorsman during all seasons and has some fun stories to share. He also spends time helping his family toss some za’s on the weekends when needed.
Plumbing Servicer Jay has been in the plumbing industry for over 5 years and with Jensen since 2020. Jay came to Wisconsin from California and really enjoys the pace in Wisconsin even during the chilly weather, he also spends time with his wife and family whenever he can!
HVAC Project Manager Kenny has been in the HVAC trade for 25+ years and joined the Jensen team for the second time in 2020 as a service tech. Kenny loves hunting and has three amazingly well-trained German Shorthaired pointers that keep him busy in many hunting seasons.
HVAC Install/Service Technician Steve has been in the industry for 20+ years and with Jensen since 2014. Steve enjoys a good microbrew and visits breweries whenever he gets the chance.
HVAC Installer Kyle has been in the industry since when he joined us in 2019. Kyle enjoys his motorcycle in the summer and his snowmobile in the winter, he also spends a lot of his extra time working on the farm with his parents.
HVAC Installer Noah joined the Jensen team in 2022 straight out of high school with a passion for HVAC already in his blood. Noah enjoys being the tall guy in the room and making people smile. He spends his time outside of work with his girlfriend and family.
HVAC Installer CJ joined the Jensen team in 2023 and brings his knowledge in HVAC +mechanical skills to the team. He always has a positive can-do attitude no matter what the day. CJ loves spending time with his wife and son.
HVAC Servicer Nate has been in the industry for 5+ years now and joined Jensen in 2018. Nate enjoys spending his time with his wife and his pup.
Accounts Receivable/Payable Ann handles 99% of the billing in and out of the business with accuracy and efficiency. She joined the Jensen team in 2001 and loves spending time with all of her family and friends – no matter the activity, but her true love is definitely bowling where she spends about 3 nights a week on leagues.
Office Manager Katie’s smiling face is the first person you will see when you come through our front doors. She is ready to help you pick your plumbing or connect you with the right person to assist you in the office. Having joined the Jensen team in 2020, Katie is an amazing Mom of three and has a very successful photography business as well.
Warehouse Manager Ashley manages the incoming inventory and runs whatever is needed wherever! She joined the Jensen team in 2021. Ashley enjoys her 2-legged kiddo as well as her 4-legged fluffy butts when she’s not at work. She also is a fabulous baker and spoils us on our birthdays/holidays with a confection of our choosing (yes we’ve tried the goods and we approve).
Warehouse Steve K joined the team in 2023 to help support our warehouse organization and deliveries. Steve has a big passion for his saltwater tank and recently added an eel to his fish collection.
